Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, wax in the ear ix normal secretion of the ceruminous glands present in the ear canal. wax needs to be cleaned once in 6 months. Bloody discharge from the ear canal can be because of ear trauma or ear infection or any growth in the ear canal, which needs to be excised. For both conditions it is treated with antibiotics ear drops or steroid drops. If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get treated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
