Hi!
periventricular leukomalacia is brian injury occuring in infants in utero due to ischemia.PVL treatment is only a response to the individual needs of the patient. There is no treatment to cure PVL. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Children with Periventricular leukomalacia should receive regular medical screenings to determine appropriate interventions.
