Treating Constipation Post Anal Sex And Stomach Virus

I am constipated I had anal sex and a stomach virus last week no relief I need help I am on antibiotics that can t be taken with laxitive. Need relief I ve not been able to poop in about a week but I did have diarrhea 5 days ago

The constipation can be taken care of with high fiber diet and Psyllum Husk, you may avoid laxative if you feel like

Another option is a suppository and fianlly an enema

If you have pain due to Anal Sex use a local anesthetic gel to relieve pain
