Transvaginal Ultrasound Showing Ovarian Cyst And Query Follicles In The Ovary. CT Scan Recommended To Verify Adnexal Mass. Had Histerectomy. Suggestions?

On transvaginal exam the left ovary measures 3.3 x 1.8 x 1.2cm. Query follicles on the left ovary. Right ovary measures 2.0 x 2.3 x 2.9cm. Small right ovarian cyst . Follicles are suspected in the left ovary. Right ovarian mass demonstrated on CT exam is not definitely identified & perhaps corresponds to the right ovarian cyst which is now smaller in size. They say a followup CT is recommended to verify resolution of the previously demonstrated right adnexal mass . What are they saying or looking for. I ve had a hysterectomy , leaving ovaries.
