FINDINGS: Transabdominal and transvaginal sonographic images of the
pelvis demonstrate the uterus to be 18.0 x 9.5 x 10.5 cm.

In the uterine fundus, there is a 4.5 cm hypoechoic lesion consistent with
fibroid. At the posterior uterine body, there is a 7.6 cm hypoechoic
lesion consistent with fibroid. In the posterior lower uterine segment,
there is a 1.8 cm hypoechoic lesion consistent with fibroid. In the lower
uterine segment near the midline, there are 1.2 and 1.1 cm hypoechoic,
somewhat complex-appearing cystic structures.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
This means that you have multiple uterine fibroids.
If you are symptomatic, consider removal.
even otherwise, too many fibroids, and such big ones, mandate myomectomy ( removal of fibroids )
Take care
