ur absolutely correct, if u do not have hypertension
or diabetic or other risk factors. u should try with diet control i.e. avoid oil / salt non vegetarians. increase amount of vegetables / fruits more in ur diet along with REGULAR exercise.

ratio : 6.3 is very high. ur reduction in oil / salt and addition of vegetables will reduce ur LDL
) and exercise and vegetables will increase ur HDL (good cholesterol).
so, keep walking and repeat ur cholesterol after 3 months
