Took Zoloft, Welbutrin. Experiencing Shocks Throughout The Body. Have Dizzy, PD Symptoms

My doctors are trying to treat my panic disorder or what they think is PD.. She just took me off of Zoloft and put me on 150 mg of Welbutrin. Seems as though I am experiencing little shocks throughout my body. Sometimes they are quite stunning, also dizzy and normal PD symptoms(tight chest, muscle aches, etc...) any thoughts?

Hi, as with any one with the panic disorder, some people will have some hallusinations . of course some of them may be true symptoms may be due to the disease, or due to gastric irritation of the tablets.
I prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, along with the routine drugs. Thank you.
