Took Tetanus Hot And Antibiotics After A Dog Bite. Swelling In The Toe With Redness. Is It Normal?

Hi i got bitten by my dog on Friday on my foot..like a puncture wound i washed it with antibacterial soap hydrogen peroxide and neosporean. Sat. Morning i went to the doc and they gave me a tetanus shot and antibiotics, . However there is swelling in my toe by the wound and redness around it thatseems to have gotten slightly larger over night... I did walk all day on it yesterday... Should i be worriedand go to a doctor again or is this normal

Hello,

History of dog bite on the foot.
The clinical picture suggests the the part as signs of inflammation.
This may be due to bacterial infection.
Continue the antibiotics and give rest to the part.
If the dog is not vaccinated against rabies then take post exposure prophylaxis for rabies.
Keep the dog under observation.
