Welcome to HCM.
You are taking REGESTRONE tab for about 4 months. It is usually taken after ovulation for 10 days and it has no role on ovulation.
It regularizes your period and increase fertility by correction of progesterone deficient anovulatory cycle.
Calculate your ovulation time and do sexual intercourse around ovulation time without use of any contraceptive method. You may use ovulation kit to predict ovulation time. It increases chance of pregnancy.
In regular 28 days cycle, ovulation occurs around 14th day.Just 2 wk before upcoming period date.
On your case,if period date is 29-9-12,then ovulation was happened around 15-9-12.
Also you take healthy diet, light exercise, avoid stress and sleep well.Always consult with your doctor if you unable to conceive over 1 yr.
Be well.
