Took Misoprostal After Miscarriage During Early Pregnancy. Why Having Intense Pressure While Urinating With Back And Abdominal Pain?

Hi! I had miscarriage at 9 weeks pregnant when baby stopped growing at approximately 6th week . I took misoprostol this past Saturday . Went to my gyn doctor who said that based on sonogram exam I have passed everything and should be fine now . One and a half day after started to have ins tense pressure when urinating and pain as well . In addition , I am experiencing intense lower back pain and some abdominal pain under the pelvic bone area. I am 40 years old , 125 lbs , 5'4 , first time pregnant , no bad health history . What could it be ? Please let me know .

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You can not have pain due to miscarriage as your uterus is empty on ultrasound basis.
Your symptoms are indicating towards urinary tract infection so get urine routine & culture sensitivity test done.
Take care
