Took Levonelle, Periods Done, Sore Breast, Dizziness, On Pill. Pregnant Or Infection?

Hi I took Levonelle morning after pull about 5 days ago a week after I finished my period and 12 hours after sex (condom split), I only experienced slight dizziness on that same day of taking the pill but that went away and now 5 days later I have extremely sore breasts, can barely touch them or wear a bra. Is the side effects after 5 days or pregnancy?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The morning after pill is effective if taken within 72 hours after intercourse but the effectiveness increases the sooner it is used.
Since you used the pill within 12 hours, it should have been effective for you though no contraceptive method is 100%.

If you concerned about the possibility of pregnancy then you can consider a pregnancy tests. HOme tests can usually detect pregnancy within 11 to 14 days after conception, so you only have a few more days to wait before it would give you a definitive result.

This test would let you know if your symptoms are related to the pill or pregnancy.

I hope this helps
