Took Antibiotic, Getting Itchy White Bumps On Arms, Legs, Took Benadryl, Got Red Rash, Bumps All Over Body. What Is Wrong?

I recently took an antibiotic and started with itchy white bumps om arms and legs and chin stopped taking antibiotic and started taking benadryl now have a red rash and red bumps allover face arms and hands and legs and around eyes what is wrong and how do I treat it

Hi,

The symptoms you are getting seems related to a possible allergic reaction.

I'd suggest to visit your physician as soon as possible to start other treatment rather than benadryl. I usually prescribe cortisonics shots for few days until improvement.

The allergic reaction is due to the antibiotic you took. Although you stopped it, it is still inside your body. Until it is cleared all, I'd suggest to add cortisonics as per your doctor's directions.
