Hello
Thanks for your query. Solpadeine is a combination if paracetamol and codeine which is an opiod. This drug is usually prescribed for headache as an analgesic. While codeine is methyl morphine heroin is acetyl morphine. Heroin is a far stronger opioid than codeine. During urine test it will shiw obviously as opiates positive whether you take Solpadeine or heroin. This type of situations arise during medical check ups for jobs as well for sport athletes. You do not have to worry and just explain the relevant authorities these facts. Wish you all tge best.
