Took Quinox For Salmonella Typhi. Prescribed With Ceclor. Can I Take It?

I have samonella Typhi H 1/320 , please advice as my antibiotic are over what should i do , should i again start antibiotics or wait. It was in 3-july in which it was detected and the doctor prescribed QUINOX 500 mg twice a day for 15 days. It was initially around 3200 or some thing and now in aug its at 1/320 , the doc has give ceclor 750 MG , should i go for it or not

You have not mentioned as to whether you are still running fever because some times the test may remain positive for some time before becoming negative or may be false positive. If you are still running fever then it is advisable to take injectable antibiotics like ceftrioxone as typhoid fever is known to be resisitant to many oral antibiotics used to treat it.
