Took Misoprotol Orally And Vaginal. Bleeding With Clots, Tummy Swollen. Is This Incomplete Abortion ?
I took 400mg of misoprotol orally and inserted two in my virginal. 3 days later I started bleeding and expeled some blood clots. Within this 3 days of administering misoprotol,the pregnancy signs disappeared and came back again and I was really confused. Now after the expulsion my tommy is swollen though I don't feel the pregnancy sign anymore. This is the third week now so I took another 600mg of misoprotol orally on the advice of my doctor, just to erase the fear of incomplete abortion and reduce my swolled stomach. I want your candid opinion about this? I don't want bloated stomach ,am just 23years old. Thanks

Probably you have complete abortion now.You don't have any vaginal discharge so you shouldn't worry.Complete abortion can also be confirmed by ultrasonography of pelvis.
Bloated abdomen is due to other reasons.You need proper clinical examination and investigations.Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many conditions.
You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg before food for one month.
