Just reading about this 12 month injection I have had how long does it take for it to strengthen my bones & can I go to gym. Now I am worried about my teeth what will happen to them. Thank you

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
This is a bisphosphonate and it takes upto 4 weeks to show an effect. Since this was your first injection, you will experience the side effects first. Do start with calcium supplements also.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
