Tonsilitis. On Levofloxacin. Cough, Sound During Forceful Expiration. Reason?

Tonsilitis with no chest pain and no sore throat with onset of cough during forcefull expiration.. I was taking clarithromycin 500mg 1+1 when i had a sore throat with cough... But the cough didnt disappear... Then dr gave me levofloxacin 500mg 1+1... I had 3 tabs. But still when i forcfully expire a sound of silk brush can be heard ?

hi..
you had tonsillitis and cough with noisy breathing.. this suggests bronchoconstriction due to allergy (allergic bronchitis)...
you are treated with appropriate antibiotics, but you need bronchodilators also..
aviod exposure to dust cold air or any allergen..
see your physician for this..
