Toilet Trained Kid, Pooped In The Pants, Complaining Of Stomach Pain. What Could This Be?

My three year old has been toilet trained for over a year now but occasionally seems to have poop accidents. She will 'start' the poo in her pants but not actually finish... She has recently had a full poop in her pants after complaining of a tummy ache and I noticed it was very mucousy. This has happened a lot when she was in nappies and we thought it was full fat milk that caused it. However, she hasn't had any. What else could cause this?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
This looks like Amoebic colitis(dysentery)
These people pass copious fowl smelling stool preceeded by pain abdomen.
Get the stool examined for amoebic cysts.
Give metronidazole 30mg/kg body weight for a week.
If no improvement consult pediatrician.
