Toddler With Consistent Rash On Buttocks, Vagina, Elbow And Legs With Green Gunk In Eyes, White Deposition On Tongue, Low Appetite, No Fever. Reason?

my 2 year old has had a bad rash for three days. it started on her bum, vagina and upper legs and now it s on her elbow and starting to go down to her lower legs. then today she started to get green/yellow guck in her eyes and her tongue is white. she is also eating a lot less then normal. no fever, coughing or viewable flu symptoms .

Hi,

The rash you mention appears to be a viral rash or allergic rash.Viral seems to be the likely possibility because of associated conjunctivitis.

You could keep her eyes clean by regularly washing eyes with water.I would suggest you get her examined for her rash and conjunctivitis by her doctor so that soothing eye drops could also be prescribed.
