Titanium Rods Inserted In The Hip After A Hip Fracture. Morphine Given For Pain. Have Hallucinations And Itching. Side Effects?

My mother in law broke her hip and had 2 titanium rods instead of a hip replacement. She was given morphine for pain management post surgery. She is experiencing hallucinations, and itchiness. She says she feels like time is moving too fast and also says she is having déjà vu. Are those side effects from the morphine and/ or anesthesia?
