Tiresome, Aching Bones And Tender Feet In The Morning. Any Idea?

I am 48 years old, always tired lately and have aching bones on and off. I find getting up in the mornings I don't just bounce up like I usually did I find me feet tender to walk on until I get going. I am getting flushes on and off and feel just awful. I do not have my usual spark. I am so tired but when I get to bed at night I can not sleep I get sweats and feel horrible.

hello,,
these are the symptoms of menopause. So no need to worry about it much if you are a female as you didnt menioned your gender in your history. And the treatment is only estrogen tablets or harmone replacement therapy as the symptoms you mentioned are due to lack of estrogen. If possible try to have a thyroid profile and rbs done.Thank you.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion / You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age or gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...You have not said how long you have been having the symptoms...

You should see a doctor / get yourself examined / have some basic investigations...
Depression, infection, diabetes, arthritis and so on are some considerations...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
