Tiredness, weakness, dizziness, sore throat, diarrhea, lump on neck post child birth. Causes?

Hi, I m 31 and had a baby 11 weeks ago. I m feeling really ill since having my little one and was also feeling ill throughout my pregnancy. I feel constantly tired, aching all over (although I do have Fibromyalgia but this feels different), weak, dizzy/feeling as if I am falling (this happens alot - sitting or lying down or turning over and also happened during my pregnancy), I have a sore throat , stomach aches and diarrhea/loosened stools which have seemed to have changed colour slightly. I do have IBS but again these symptoms are different from normal. I also feel very spaced out all the time and have a small lump on my neck. I have had problems breast feeding and had mastitis a few times but have been treated for this, although my breasts still get sore. Like I said this happened throughout my pregnancy and has got worse since having my baby, so has been a few months now, so starting to get worried as need energy, strength and to feel better for my baby to be able to do things.

Your symptoms are suggestive of abnormal thyroid levels.I suggest a thyroid profile and Obstetrician opinion should solve your problem provided your blood counts are normal, trying to find out if you are anemic in your case.Hope I have answered your question.Get well soon.
