Tiredness, Feels Like Falling While Was Walking. Started After Taking Marijuana. Is This Panic Disorder?

Hello, was diagnosed with panic disorder, i had very bad feeling, like i could had heart failure or something, it happend first after i tried for first and last time marijuana. Now i treat myself with escitalopram(1pday) from doctor.
Now i didnt sleep very well just about 5 hours and i felt very tired so i went to a shop to buy something, i felt when i walked to the left(not very oblique) like it is extremely oblique and i felt like i was falling, same when i was walking towards, but not so intense, it was very hot (40C) can it be a symtom of Panic disorder ? it thought it would be treated after taking escitalopram. Now iam telling myself its something more serious, thank you very much for help

Hello.To feel like you are falling is a consequence
of various factors: anxiety-depression + lack of sleep + heat (40th c).
Under these conditions it is easy to to have a vagal syndrome with that and other symptoms. Also to avoid exposure to high temperatures,and continue taking escitalopram it is important to take a drug with anxiolytic and hypnotic effect.Lorazepam 1mg twice / thrice a day is widely used in the treatment of anxiety-insomnia.Please consult your local doctor for a prescription.
