Tiredness, fast heart beat after working out at the gym. Want to lose weight. Suggestions?

hello sir i m female 27 years old 64kls.. i went at the gym last month around like 9 in the morning i didnt eat breakfast before i left to my house and go to the gym and that time while im doing exsercise after 1 hour feels like im easy to get tired and my heart beating so fast.. i thought that time i m gonna die.. so now i m scared to go to the gym and afraid it might gonna happen again.. please help me i want to lose my weight but i m scared to exsercise :(

You went to Gym at 9am without taking breakfast.As your stomach was empty,and after 1 hour of exercise your Glucose levels has come down.So,you felt tired.You developed Hypoglycaemia.
Please do not get afraid .
As per the literature,you should eat something in the morning.After 2 hours,you can start exercising.
you can even exercise in the evening too.It is advised by majority of experts now a days.
You start exercising under some expert/trainer's guidance.
Losing weight is a gradual process.

For weight loss exercise alone will not help. Also do the exercise which suits you. Gym is not only the solution . you can do brisk walk, play lawn tennis, football, cricket. If you are willing for Gym then start under expert guidance without any exertion.

In Dietary intake restrict all fried, oily, processed and junk food items. Eat slowly and mindfully as it takes 20 minutes to get the signal to brain that you have eaten enough. So if you will eat slow you will eat less. Keep your dinners light.

When it comes to working out, you always want to make sure you have ample energy. However eating too close to vigorous exercise is a recipe for discomfort, but heading to the gym hungry isn't ideal either
as you went to Gym without taking food, results in the loss of Glucose levels ,resulting hypoglycemia,
never worry,have some juice,
try mild exercises first,you will be all right
