Tiredness During Sleep, Tightness In Heart. Suffering From Asthma. Reason For Symptoms?
Hi after asleep I feel tired well about to get up, I jus close my eyes I just kind of have this spasm where my brain tightens like a vibration heart tightens well I could feel my heart its like Im having an attack and going to die I just then say to myself relax then I push myself to open my eyes, Im 39 genuinely fit only suffer asma any idea what it is it happens every 1 or 2 months or maybe 3 months.
You have not mentioned age, gender, personal history or other morbidity.
Several possibilities have to be considered...
Left heart failure will be the first thing to consider and exclude
Anxiety is highly probable
Allergy to pillow / sheets / air-conditioning - may worsen asthma
X-ray chest / Lung function (Spirometry) / EKG /HOLTER / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (exercise EKG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
