Tiredness, Arm And Shoulder Pain, Weakness, Stabbing Pain In Ribs. EKG, Blood Work Normal. Causes For Symptoms?

hi i am 19 year old female and over the past few months I have been very tired all the time even after getting tons of sleep my arms and shoulders and upper body feel weak and achy. I often get sharp stabing pains in my left lower rib area. I went to a cardiologist and everything with my heart is okay and all my blood work is fine. what could possibly be wrong?

you are a 19 year old female. this means your in teenage in which mostly body functions are at the peak. so never think you will have any cardiac or any other chronic disease until and unless they are congenital.
At this young age the pain arising at chest and different other areas along the shoulders and back muscles can be due to 2 common conditions. i.e. anxiety and depression. and along with the mentioned symptoms you may experience symptoms like cold sweating specialy in palms of the hands, palpitations. aprehension, neck pain, sleepliness, loss of apetite, so nothing is wrong with your heart.
