Tips To Boost Height

Hello, I m a 15-year old Asian and my height is only 5 2 1/2 . Is there a possibility that I can grow taller (about 5 8 -5 10 ) before the end of puberty? I know genetics plays a big role in the process, but could you recommend me a few tips on my daily routine ( diet , sleep ,and exercise) that can help boost my height? I would be a very BIG help... :-)

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I would say that if you have achieved puberty by now and your parents have a similar height, then there is nothing we need you to get tested on per se.
Apart from that, you should be focusing on having wholesome food with the right mix of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. You should be having plenty of protein and 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food and try using whole grains than processed versions.
Exercises like stretching exercises, swimming can also help. sleep for 7-8 hours a day.
This will help you maximise your growth potential and lead a healthy life in general.
Hope this helps
Regards
