hello im brandon and im still teenager around the age of 16-17.I heard about how helpful the webside is,so i decided to visit it because i wanted some help.But anyway i wanted ask is there anyway to stop menstrubating and how, when you feel like you addicted to it especialy when you single. plz reply on YYYY@YYYY

The best way to avoid masturbating is to go for marriage, however since you still under age for marriage by law in India. There are few things; you can do which will help you in avoiding masturbation;
Avoiding pornography
Avoid watching films and video which are vulgar.
Concentrate on the job your doing.
Do spend time with friends.
Rewarding yourself, when you succeed in avoiding few chances, when you could have done, but you didn’t.
Keep yourself busy.
Offer prayers in way your religion advocates and finally
Strong motivation power that you will not do this.
