Hi , thanks for writing..
1. No, CS is not an easy way out.. It has its own complication.. Normal is better if there is no complications and weight of the baby is normal.. Cs can have intraop complication and postop pain. Normal delivery post delivery pain is less and can feed the baby comfortably in 2 hrs. But Cs after anesthesia effect weals away it takes 4 hrs to feed the baby. Wound takes more time to heal in CS.
2.A proper counselling from your doc helps to overcome the fear of labour. Mild exercises in the 3rd trimester helps in easy deliver.
3. Partner needs to give a good psychological support to overcome the fear of labour.
4. Avoid intercourse and travelling in the 1st and 3rd trimester.
Hope I have answered your queries.. Good day.
