Tiny Bump On Inner Cheeks, White Line Connecting The Bumps And Swelling In Lips. What Are The Possible Causes?

Hi I have noticed a tiny bump on both sides of my inner cheeks closer to the opening of my mouth but not outside of my mouth. The right side bump is a tiny bit larger. A day later I noticed white lines connecting to them that went alil past my molars & two small red dots that mirror each other as well on both sides of my upper cheek near my teeth. Also my lips have swelled a bit. Do you know what this sounds like it could possibly be?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion it might be an apthous ulcer which will appear in the same way mostly due to poor oral hygiene. I suggest you to apply candid mouth paint which might help you. Also take metronodazole tablet for 3 days. Thank you.
