Hi! Dana Dooley,
You seem to have CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS
. CS is degeneration of the joints between the centra of the spinal vertebrae and/or neural foraminae.
When the space between two adjacent vertebrae narrows, compression of a nerve root emerging from the spinal cord may result in tingling sensation
along right side of your face.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by X-ray of Cervical Spine
(AP & Lateral), with CT / MRI Scan.
Treatment consists of
(1) Taking NSAIDs,
(2) Cervical Collar
(3) Cervical Traction (Controversial)
(4) Physiotherapy & Neck Muscle strengthening exercise.
