Tingling sensation on head, forearm with goosebumps on left side. Reason for above symptoms?

Hi i have tingling sensation on left side of head (toward front). Sometimes i get a similar thing on forearm or thigh and this is accompanied by goosebumps. Always left side. No pain or numbness. Not related to temperature or anything else i can isolate. Can happen daily for a few seconds and then not for a few weeks. thanks
