Tingling Pressure Around Anus, Lower Back Ache. Trying Anusol Suppositories. Getting Worse. Advice?

Hi, I m 22 y/o, 130 lbs, male. I have a strange tingling/pressure around my anus , and my lower back aches quite a bit. I can pass stool easily and can walk easily with the exception of having to crack my lower back by bending every hour I walk. Anyways, I m trying anusol suppositories as well as the cream and it seems to do more harm than good as they both sting. Any ideas here?

You take sitz bath-- sit in tolerable hot water in a tub with your buttocks inside the tub. it will relax your anal musculature in 15 minutes of sitz bath daily.as for low backache do take necessary precautions of lifting heavy objects, avoiding any jerk there and take physiotherapy low back exercises.
