Tingling pressure around anus, lower back ache. Trying anusol suppositories. Getting worse. Advice?

Hi, I m 22 y/o, 130 lbs, male. I have a strange tingling/pressure around my anus , and my lower back aches quite a bit. I can pass stool easily and can walk easily with the exception of having to crack my lower back by bending every hour I walk. Anyways, I m trying anusol suppositories as well as the cream and it seems to do more harm than good as they both sting. Any ideas here?
