Tingling, Numbness In Hands, Arms. Neck Straightened By Chiropractor. Treatment?

I can t sleep for any extended period of time due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms, primarily my right one. I do concrete for a living and have been dealing with it for years. The only thing that ever seemed to help was having my neck cracked by a chiropracter but I m hesitant to do that. What is happening?
