Tingling In The Hands. Reason?

Dear doc, it's been almost 3 month I have those symptoms. I have a wierd feeling in both hands. It's like a tingling sensation that hurts, I need to massage my hands to feel a bit better. I can't explain then sensation wih words. I feel tightness in my hands as if something inside is pulling . It comes and go last for few minutes. Please I need help. Thank you doctor

Thanks for the query. Tingling & numbness is commonly seen in calcium deficiency. I suggest for serum calcium level. You have not mentioned about your age. If your more than 40 years, please rule out diabetes. I advise you to consult physician mean while have food which are rich in calcium (Milk & Milk products).
