Tingling In Legs, Cramps, Purple And Redness, Have Small Lumps. Why Would That Happen?

Im gettimg tinglimg in my legs cramp in my feet and crossed toes its wotse on my rightleg i got a really bad purply red nriise lower part of leg that lasted for weeks whem that one went i shortly got another one right at top of sme leg umder bum its gone but feels small lumps there now o also get tingling in my tight arm amd hamdand tingling in my head
