Tingling And Numb End Of Nose. Cause? Itchy Skin, Breathlessness, Enlarged Lymph Nodes, Red Joints
The end of my nose has started feeling tingly and numb. What could be the cause? I also have had itchy skin when scratched causes petechiae and multiple bruises. Also am short of breath on any exertion, am fatigued all the time. Have enlarged painful lymph nodes in inner thighs, groin, and underarms. Have painful red joints on hand, and pain in rib cage when taking deep breaths. Any thoughts? Am a 56 year old Caucasian female.

Since, how many days, you are having numbness and tingling sensation at the tip of nose.
All the joints are painful so get in blood examination for C B C ( to find out white blood cells abnormalities), E S R ( chronic infection) , Rheumatic factor( rheumatoid arthritis), calcium level for osteoporosis ( most common in female),
Paget's disease.
Lymphadenitis is there all over in body.
Pain in ribs joints indicates Rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis.
Consult a physician /orthopaedician and get their opinion.
Take treatment after consultation.
