Time to ejaculate during masturbation,need to masturbate after intercourse.

I am 30 years male. Height 5 6 . Weight kgs. BP 150/110. Rest Normal Health. I also drink sometimes. I masturbate regularly from early age. But when I indulge in sexual intercourse , I never come out. I have to masturbate even after indulging in sex. It takes times to ejaculate during masturbation also. Please suggest the solution.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

I think you have a condition called erectile dysfunction and in most of the cases, it is due to a psychological or emotional barrier between the 2 partners. This can occur due to a lack of communication or lack of sufficient foreplay.
I would suggest you communicate well with your partner so both of you feel connected. Additionally, indulge in foreplay which can increase the levels of intimacy. At this age, I do not think there is any other reason for this problem.
