Tightness In Hip, Lower Back, Numb Feeling In Foot While Sitting. Remedy?

I am curious about the severity of what I am experiencing. I have felt a tightness in my hip or lower back for some time but thought that it was due to exercise. Recently when I sit (drive, or in meetings) I am experiencing the sensation that my foot is going numb. The numbness is slightly painful and not completely going away at any point now. I have an appointment scheduled with my physician on Monday.

Hi, it appears to be due to the lumbar spondilosis, or sciatica, due to pressure on the nerves supplying the leg, it may also lead the pain of the thigh and leg also.
So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis an dtreatment, to prevent further damage to the nerve. Thank you.
