According to the symptoms which you are experiencing it looks like a vascular phenomenon like migraine which can be called complicated migraine. Avoid precipatating factors of migraine like cocoa, cheese, chinese food, colouring masala, nuts. Avoid starving and working in hot sun and loud noise and have a regular lifestyle like timely food and good night sleep. If these does not help you have to be given prophylactic treatment which will help.
