Tight Throat, Heartburn, Nausea, Headache With Ear Infection And Jolting Muscles. Are All Of These Connected?

I woke up three times last night dry coughing and gasping for air. Today the bottom of my throat feels tight, I m still struggling to breath properly and have severe heartburn as well as an abnormal heart beat. I am only 24. Over the past 2 weeks I ve been nauseous and sensitive to smells, as well as having an ear infection and jolting muscles. Over the past few months I ve had problems with my neck, as well as fluid retention in my face, and daily headaches (not sure if everything I am experiencing is related). Any insight you could give me would be fantastic, thank you.
