Tight Penis Foreskin, Pain, Bleeding Post Sex, Unable To Retract Foreskin. Treatment?

sir my age is 28 married recently. When i have sex my foreskin in my penis gets tightened and its very hard and painful while havin sex. once my skin slightly teared and heavy blood poured . So i am now afraid to have sex as its becomin tightening and the foreskin is not going back while erection during sexual intercourse. But in normal time the foreskin is going back. what i have to do sir

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have phimosis.
Due to tight prepucal skin the Foreskin cannot retracted over glans during excited condition.
As you have frenulum rupture earlier you should go for surgical removal of fore skin.
This is known as circumcision operation.
It will not affect your sex life.
it is a custom in Muslim community.
So go for it & enjoy happy marriage life.
