Tight Foreskin, Scars On Tip Of Foreskin, Itching. Cleans Gland By Pulling Foreskin

I am 38 yearold and I am facing problem of tight foreskin from last 3 months.
I have developed scars on the tip of the foreskin. i am unable to puls back the foreskin easily. In the whole day i for some time i feel ithcing inside the
foreskin on the glan. I regularly clean the glan by pulling the foreskin forcefully which cause me some pain.
I am not applying any cream or medicine on the foreskin.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tight foreskin and itching of the foreskin.

This is most likely to be due to infection of the foreskin (Posthatitis)

Since this is sometimes a presenting symptom of Diabetes get your blood sugar levels tests done to rule out diabetes.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.If problem persists even after taking antibiotics you may need to get circumcised .
