I went through your description. Your foreskin will be connected with the head of your penis with the help of a thin skin which is the main cause why your penis head bends when you draw your foreskin back in erect position. You should not worry in this regard. Everyone has the same condition. With some practice with the help of some lubricants it should become elastic.

Otherwise, you can consult a surgeon and get a circumsition done. Circumstition is harmless surgery and should help you enjoy sexual life and get away from the pain during erection and while drawing your foreskin.

Hope I am able to answer your question. I am availabel for further follow up.
Good luck.
