Tickling In Internal Backside Of Chest, Coughing While Breathing. Reason?

when i take a deep breath it is harder to take than normal and i have a tickle in the internal backside of my mid chest and a pressure in the throat and in solar plexis. when breathing out all the way it cause me to cough. If I don't think about breathing, manually breathing, I don't feel the need to breath for about a minute. But when I feel the urge, and i start to inhale it is extremely difficult but then becomes easier. This especially happens when I am laying on my back. I want to know what this is and how I can treat it.

Your symptoms are vague however if there is avpain then u should get a cehst xray and cardiac evaluation done to rule out heart disease
