Thyroid Level High. Taking Thyroidish. Dose Of Medicine To Control?

hello doctor i m anamika my age is 28 nd i hv thyriod frm last one year but was high at the starting but i controlledi it and it be came normal .i this month again it has increase my TSH is 10.93,T3-1.17,T4-8.89 . earlier i ws taking thyroidish 75 mg for 4 days nd 100 mg for 2 days .pls suggest me the dose of medicine YYYY@YYYY thnks anamika

Hello

Your thyroid dose is inadequate as your TSH is still 10.93, in-spite of taking thyroid medication. I presume you had taken the medications regularly. I would prefer to increase the dose of thyroxine to 100mcg daily. Then we could check TSH after 8 weeks and titrate dose further. Dose titration is based on your clinical symptoms and not merely on TSH.
