Thyroid condition, trying to conceive. On thyroxine. Best days for intercourse to conceive?

Hi Hi Doctor i am XXXXX, age 30 years old ht 168cm and wgt 78kgs. I have regular periods with in 28 days.i am affected in thyroid , regularly i take 50 mcg thyroxine husband business man.we have not baby.which time we make intercourse to consive becouse he isvery busy and also is sperm level is normal.we get any more nuetrision?plz i need some details

Thanks a lot for your questions.

If you have normal 28 days cycle you could ovulate any where on the 12th to 16th day ( usually the 14th day after your menstrual period). It is good to check your body temperature as your basal body temperature increases during ovulation and it is an easy tool to monitor your ovulation. And also please make sure that your TSH is under goal for pregnancy planning ( 2-2.5)

Weight loss can help to conceive as well.
