Throwing Up Blood & Chest Pain

I ve been making myself throw up for about 2-3 years (i know it s bad, but i am getting help) But for the past week, i have been experiencing some dizziness and light headednesss... And yesterday, i threw up quite a bit of blood, more than i have ever vomited before. Since yesterday, i have also experienced a sharp pain on the right side of my chest, like just above my breast. Is this serious? What can i do to fix this?
