Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for the query

Please note that the causes of headache are many. This can be due to viral infection of brain/tumor, problem in the blood vessel of brain, migraine, tension headache, clueter headache and so on.

With the limited information you have provided, i feel that you have migraine headache. Please note that this a diagnosis of exclusion and a clinical and neurological assessment is reuired.

if it turns out to migrqine after evaluation, you will benefit with

1. acute attack: analgesics, sumatriptan nasal spray. Learn to avoid stress, tension, otherv precipitaing factor for acute attack

2. the medicines that will help for daily use for 3-6 months are topiramate, valproate, propranolol etc

Some times heavy cough, sneeze can lead to eye problem the way you have described. When you see your physician, he will have a chance to examine you and he will help you

Hope this helps

Best wishes
