ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Ravinder Sharma. On the basis of information provided it appears that you are having recurrent attacks of acute follicular tonsillitis. It may be because of viral infecion or bacterial infection.

I advise you for a ENT consultation and some tests like throat swab for culture and sensitivity and blood test. This will help us in making the diagnosis.
Treatment involves tonsillectomy in remission phase
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if you want further information about it
